The agreement

By using WIP Notes or this website, you agree to these terms. Intique Software is a DBA of Sally Forth Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

License

WIP Notes is licensed, not sold. Your purchase through Lemon Squeezy grants a perpetual license to install and activate the app on up to 5 Macs you own or control, for personal or business use. The license does not transfer ownership of the software itself.

What you can't do

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app
• Reverse-engineer or modify the software, except where the law allows
• Use the app or website in a way that breaks the law

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as-is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or fit for every purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the product.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
